As part of the College of Computer Science's plan at Benha National University to develop its students' skills in technical and technological fields, several students participated in the national Cybersecurity competition "Egypt National Universities CTF," which is one of the most prominent specialized competitions in this field at Egyptian universities. The students demonstrated an excellent level in the presented challenges, reflecting the development and professionalism achieved by the college's students in Cybersecurity and information protection.
The participating students included:
- Kenzy Mahmoud Amer - Second Year,
- Youssef Mohamed Abdel-Salam - First Year,
- Nour El-Din Mohamed Gomaa - Third Year.
The college students also participated in the tenth general conference of the Arab Women Organization, the eleventh session for 2025, held under the title "Communication, Empowerment, and Protection for Women and Girls from Cyber Violence and Violence Resulting from Technology and Artificial Intelligence."

Prof. Tamer Samir, President of the University, emphasized that these participations align with the university's vision to prepare distinguished cadres capable of competing in the job market by supporting technological activities and practical training outside the classroom.
Prof. Hussein El-Maghraby, Vice President of the University for Academic Affairs, pointed out the university's commitment to providing a comprehensive educational environment that integrates academic knowledge with practical experience. He expressed pride in the participation of our students in events and competitions that contribute to developing their capabilities and enhancing their awareness of contemporary societal and technological issues.
Prof. Shady Y. El-Mashad, Dean of the College of Computer Science, highlighted the importance of these participations, stating, "Our goal in the College of Computer Science is to prepare a generation capable of competing in the job market, equipped with both technical skills and social awareness. Participation in such competitions and conferences directly contributes to enhancing our students' efficiency and connecting them with global developments in technology and artificial intelligence."
