Faculty of Computer Science Students Participate in CLASH OF CODES 2026

Under the patronage of Prof. Tamer Samir, President of Benha National University, and Prof. Hussein El-Maghraby, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and as part of the University’s strategic commitment to developing students’ capabilities and preparing them to compete in advanced technological fields, students from the Faculty of Computer Science participated in CLASH OF CODES 2026, organized by the Higher Technological Institute, under the supervision of Prof. Eman Abdel Ghaffar, Acting Director of Programs, Faculty of Computer Science.

The competition brought together a distinguished group of talented students in programming and artificial intelligence and provided a highly competitive platform for showcasing technical expertise and innovation.

Benha National University was represented by four outstanding student teams competing across several advanced technology tracks. Two teams participated in the Computer Vision track, one team competed in Data Science, and another team took part in Natural Language Processing. Their participation reflects the University’s continued commitment to supporting emerging disciplines and strengthening students’ competencies in artificial intelligence and data science. 

Through its participation in this competition, Benha National University reaffirms its dedication to engaging students in authentic competitive environments that foster innovation, analytical thinking, and advanced problem-solving skills, while preparing graduates to meet the rapidly evolving demands of the local and international labor markets. 

The University also continues to expand its support for scientific and practice-oriented activities, recognizing their vital role in shaping well-rounded graduates and enhancing their capacity for creativity and excellence, in alignment with Egypt’s national vision for digital transformation and the development of a knowledge-based economy.
