As part of the University’s commitment to facilitating the admission and enrollment process and ensuring a smooth start to the new academic year, new students are required to create an account on the Student Services Portal and book appointments for the services needed to complete their admission procedures. These services include the medical examination, language Placement test, and the aptitude test for the Faculty of Visual Arts and Design.
How to Create Your Account and Book an Appointment1️⃣ Access the Student Services Portal
Visit the Student Services Portal:

Access the portal and begin creating your new account.
2️⃣ Create Your Account
Enter the required information accurately and complete the account creation process.
3️⃣ Log In to Your Account
Use the login credentials you created to access your student account.
4️⃣ Select the Required Service
From the list of services available to new students, select the service for which you wish to book an appointment, then complete the booking process for each required service in accordance with the applicable procedures.
5️⃣ Book and Confirm Your Appointment
Select a suitable appointment from the available time slots and confirm your booking.
6️⃣ Print Your Appointment Ticket
Once your booking has been confirmed, print the appointment ticket and keep it with you until your visit to the University.
7️⃣ Attend Your Appointment
Please arrive at the University at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment, using the designated entrances. Be sure to bring your appointment ticket with you.
