Benha National University Council Approved the Establishment of the Colleges of Nursing and Humanities and Media

Benha National University Council held its meeting, chaired by Prof. Tamer Samir, the university president, and attended by Prof. Hussein Al-Maghrabi, the vice president for academic affairs, Colleges Deans, council members, the university's secretary general, and the assistant secretary.

During the session, the university council approved the establishment of the Colleges of Nursing and Humanities and Media, expressing gratitude to the university leadership and Colleges deans for their efforts in the educational process.

Prof. Hussein Al-Maghrabi also reviewed the academic cooperation between Benha National University and the University of Louisville in the United States, the completion of the second semester results, and the commencement of the summer semester for the university programs for the academic year 2024/2025. He also discussed the summer field training plans for the engineering and computer science programs, as well as the proposed summer plan for student activities.

The university council reviewed a proposal to offer some scholarships to African countries, particularly those in the Nile Basin, and to sign several cooperation protocols between Benha National University and various agencies and institutions aimed at providing training and employment opportunities for students.
